Cancellation policy Booking is not confirmed until 30% non-refundable deposit is received and correct and full credit/master card details are received. Remainder of balance is to be paid 2 days prior to arrival or in the time of check in on your request.  If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
